CCPA Privacy Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to visitors who live in California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use personal information to infer characteristics about you.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights

Right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing, not needed, because we do neither.
Right to non-discrimination for using these rights.

How to make a request

Send your request through our contact form or by e-mail to info@outdoorpricer.com and include the e-mail address you used on this site. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from that e-mail address. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

Retention

We keep each category only as long as described in our Privacy Policy.
