By using OutdoorPricer (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site is an information service. We show products, prices and coupon offers from third-party stores and link to those stores. We do not sell products, take orders or handle payments. Your purchase is between you and the store, under the store’s terms.

Prices, availability and coupons

We check prices and offers regularly and show when each was last checked, but stores change prices, stock and promotions at any time. The price and conditions on the store’s checkout are final. A coupon may have conditions (minimum order, selected products, new customers, regions) or may stop working before its listed end date. We do not guarantee that any price, product or code is accurate, available or working.

Affiliate links

Many links to stores are affiliate links: the store may pay us a commission if you buy. This does not change your price. See How we make money.

Tools and estimates

Calculators (for example power-station runtime or “price with code”) give estimates based on the figures stores publish. They are a guide, not a promise.

Your submissions

If you submit a coupon code, feedback or a message, you confirm it is accurate to your knowledge and that you may share it, and you allow us to review, edit and publish it on the site. We may decline or remove any submission. Do not submit personal data of others, unlawful content or codes that are private or single-use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that burdens the site, no attempts to break its security, no spam or fake feedback, and no use that breaks the law.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Store names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown to identify their products and offers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your dealings with any store, from prices or codes that turn out to be different, or from the site being unavailable.

Links take you to websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
